When you attempt an armbar from S-Mount, the opponent will use his other arm to defend by placing it on top of the primary arm you are attacking. You can easily put the defending arm into a Kimura, Wristlock or Barataplata if you can't attack the primary arm. Alternatively you can switch sides of your S-Mount to make the defending arm the primary arm.
