CLASS: Back Triangle from Side Control Giftwrap (29-Sep-25)
Class Instructions
•
10m
When you have the giftwrap in side control, you can enter the back triangle if the opponent is too low to take the back. Once you lock in the back triangle, you have options of armbar, kimura, or wristlock without unlocking your legs. But if they escape their head out of the triangle, you can immediately reposition your legs for an armbar.
